Fall is here and that means loads of entertianing. This is the perfect time to get those holiday wines started. Not only is it great for entertaining, but also for gift giving.

This year we are pleased to offer a return of Cran-Apple Chardonnay. this wine offers a light, and fruity alternative to some of the heavier traditional wines. Remember, this is a limited release so hurry in and get yours today.

Another limited holiday wine released this year is Mulled Wine. This is a perfect treat for around the fire after a day outdoors, or tree decorating. Nothing says home more than the smell of Cinnamon, Clover, All Spice, and Orange Peel wafting through the air. This special wine will make a beautiful gift or warm you up for the holidays.

Our final Christmas releases are our favorite White Chocolate Port or Orange Chocolate Port. Both of these bring a beautiful conclusion to a dinner. They are also fantastic for sipping after a long day.

2009 Fellini Fine Wines - California Sangiovese Barbera Syrah

Once again this year we have the pleasure of offering you a signature blend of wine available only at your local Fellini Fine Wine Stores.

This year we have picked a wonderful blend of grapes to come up with our 2009 California Sangiovese Barbera Syrah wine. California's rich European influence is showcased in this full-bodied red wine. Attractive aromas of black cherries, sweet vanilla and black pepper lead into intense note of raspberries, smoky oak and spices in this tightly structured, well balanced wine. Ruby red in colour this wine has an elegant and long finish.

For those of you who have enjoyed our previous signature blends we know that you will want to scoop one of these kits up quickly. For those of you who have not had the privilege of trying one of these wines, we encourage you to make a batch and be truly amazed by the quality and taste of this premium wine.

Fellini Confuzion

Do you enjoy that blended wine that the liqour store never has? Many of our customers come in tell us that they love it and ask if we have that wine. Up until now, we have had to agree with them that the wine is good and reasonably priced. Well, for those of you who know us, you realize that we don't let anything go once we set our minds to it. So, we have developed our own version of this hard to come by wine "Fellini's Confuzion" . We are pleased to be able to offer a Malbec/Syrah blend and a Chenin Blanc/Chardonnay blend. Best yet, the price is so attractive you'll want a batch of each. For the low price of $125 you receive 30 bottles which include all taxes, custom labels, corks and shrinks.

Remember: The wines that you produce at Fellini Fine Wine locations are made with the greatest care possible. For this reason, we use only Reverse Osmosis water (must of us don't drink tap water any more, so why would you make your wine from it?), glass carboys in order to minimize the effects of plastic toxins as well as leaching of taste of wine from batch to batch, only high food grade pails - once again minimizing the toxins in plastic. To produce great tasting wines you need good grapes and US!
